I ordered a size 18 which is a UK 22. The sleeves are long as they say in all the reviews, it looks like the maker of the coat has to fold the ends to make a cuff. It has 2 outer pockets and a detachable hood. I received the dark blue color and the material of the coat is soft and like a sweatshirt. I knew this order because I have other similar coats and I love them. I'm 5'6 about 180-190lbs tall with broad shoulders and a large 40D chest. I wanted the coat to be closed or buttoned. So I decided to order size 18 after reading many reviews. I could probably fit a size 16. But I was concerned that my shoulders would be too narrow. The coat is slightly oversized with room for layers underneath. I can raise my arms above my head and bend down without pulling my coat over my arms. When you tie it, you really can't tell. The belt ties at the waist, not the chest. The fur is long and covers the buttocks. Overall very happy with my purchase. The size advertised by Revain is US size, the coat you will receive is UK size.
