Exactly what I was looking for

It was exactly what I was looking for. I looked at the reviews before I bought them and a lot of people said they don't record anything, but I've had no problems with them at all. It works on the high chair and my desk. Anything that has a bit of texture that you can feel won't be able to grip as intended, which I think some of these negative reviews are about. So a wooden table that you can feel ridges or fibers on will not work, or a slightly textured plastic high chair will not work. I think they are great, very easy to care for and child-friendly. I'm glad I made the purchase.
