my attitude is terrible! It kills my neck/back/shoulders. I received this in hopes of relief! I sit at my desk all day and have been doing this my entire professional life. I bend over the table and die of pain a few hours later. It's so hard for me to sit right at the computer desk. It really seems to help! It's a little uncomfortable and a little sore in my back (when I take it off) where I usually struggle. It's a good pain though. I can say that it works and it's not that painful. I've only been using it for a week, if ever. It keeps me in the right position and prevents me from lying down. When I take it off I realize how much it helped. My neck/back/shoulders feel much better and calmer. (Even with pain that isn't bad and doesn't last very long or cause anything like normal daily pain.) It also teaches you to sit up straight when you're not using it because you'll feel so much better that you're straight want to sit. I didn't know how much I needed this in my life! The best buy! It also helps my posture off the table. It's a little difficult to tighten as much as needed. I finally figured out how to do it. i am small I'm only 4 inch 11, about 100 pounds. It fits me very well and there is room to further tighten it if needed. I think it will fit an average height person too. It has rather long straps and they are adjustable in several places. Mine was tight but I was worried it was too big when I first opened it so I think it's a great size for large and small and in-between sizes.
