Love this item! Removes animal odors, urine odors and all types of stains. I first learned about this many years ago when my daughter was potty trained. She had an accident with my car and I tried everything to get rid of the smell of urine in my upholstery. To make matters worse, it was summer in Ga, hot and muggy. I found this, sprayed it on and let it sit for 30 minutes and then cleaned it off. I then put it in the carpet cleaner instead of carpet shampoo and steamed the back seat. It removed all the odors and removed the stains that had been there for years. (3 kids riding in the back seat for 8+ years leave a lot of stains!) We now have 3 cats, one of which marked her territory before we neutered her. I immediately bought it again and it worked again! This product is definitely for people who have kids and pets! I can't recommend it enough!
