YES! They're "prickly" enough for what I need. I needed one today to remove discoloration from a copper pan base. Only the Tarn-X with blue pads removed the surface darkness but still left a lot of traces. I tried one of these green pads and immediately saw small scratches on the copper and knew it was what I was looking for. It removed the remaining marks, leaving only some shiny "brush marks" as expected. HOWEVER, they must be made SOLID or ONE SIDED to properly adhere to the scrubber. The rotating brush made the green pad rotate gradually as I used it. Blues don't do that. I tried to push him very hard but he still did the same.
