Very poor design - goods for material handling
As mentioned, the lifting tool does not rise high enough to put the object on the rollers. It is necessary to use several books and increase in stages. The freezer has slipped off the lifting tool several times due to the incorrect lip angle. The foam pads were attached to the box, not the roller, so didn't work either. Not worth the money
