Good but not lined with gel
I ordered these for my son to use in weightlifting. I thought they were gel lined but they are not. My guess is that the gel is those little dots that cover the gripping surface which gives them a good grip but doesn't provide a gel pad. Aside from the lack of padding, they are nice and hold up well.
