Great product! The L is long enough to fit my 34 inch inseam, but there is an obvious stretch. I think XL would probably suit the length I need better. Fits snugly to the hips 24 inches. If your waist size is 36 jeans, you should choose size XL. If you are 34 years old I would recommend size L. High quality construction and gel padding of the same type as Canari's gel shorts, perfectly functional and comfortable. I bought them to wear in cooler weather but not in cold weather. They are not made for cold weather! Handy when you need something more than shorts to keep you warm and need to keep some wind out. Hope that helps!
