I am 5'11 and 217 ibs. I purchased the 4x and I could've gotten the 3x because I'm using the last latch on this one. Anyway This is a great waist snatching product. It doesn't roll up or down. And it pushes my breast up without a bra on, gives me curves and great back support. Plus I can sleep in it. I love it.
