Failed Out Of The Box
I opened the box, unfolded the topper, let it fluff a bit, went back to try to secure it to the mattress pad with the elastics and immediately noticed that the rubber band Bands didn't seem to go through a deep mattress, but I tried it anyway and bang: pulled the rubber band out. I didn't even have time to turn it on before the tape broke. In any case, it was all too small for my king bed and disappointing in thickness/fluffiness. Not worth the money. SEND BACK as defective.
