Review on 🐈 CATLINK Self Cleaning Cat Litter Box: Automatic, Double Odor Removal, Young Version 3.3-22 lbs by Jason Nelsen

I really wanted this product to work but it didn't do what it was supposed to do with my two cats. (1) It seemed to be working until I noticed debris stuck to the inner rotating surface. This led to the fact that the litter was not only not empty, but also stuck overhead in a normal position. The next time you use it, it falls on the cats' backs. (2) Contrary to another reviewer's comments, it's not big enough. I have an 18 pound cat that touches the "ceiling" when in use. It also puts it in contact with debris that gets stuck overhead. Once inside, there is nowhere to turn. He gives up and lies down on the floor. (3) The collection basket is too small. The trash falls into the trash can and stays where it landed. It won't run and the error light will come on to let you know it's full. (4) If you overfill it, the excess trash will be dumped into the trash can and discarded. If you are short on litter, most of your urination will seep to the bottom of the litter layer, causing a clump to cling to the bottom. (5) That means you have to keep cleaning (scraping clumps off the surface), shaking the waste bin by hand to distribute the waste so that the error light doesn't light up, or filling it up a little every day. I now spend three times as much time tending my "automatic" litter box than I used to when I raked it out. (6) The cycle also takes too long. I understand that it moves slowly for cats' safety and that the delay after the cat uses it gives them a chance to clear the area, but my cats usually want to use the box one at a time. The second cat will either trip over a spin box or have to wait 5 minutes before using it. (7) I still can't make him work a full day let alone days or weeks. A cat using iot will be fine. Not for mine. Now I've spent over $500 to be able to work 6 times harder to clean the litter box than if I were just shoveling. Does this process work - yes, in theory, but there are just too many things left to go wrong - especially at this price point! I personally find this product to cause a lot of problems when used by larger cats. I bought it after reading other reviews. Now I realize that most of the reviews are from people who received this product for free. I've raised my rating from two stars to four stars due to customer service efforts to make me happy, but I can't rate it. Five stars for not solving any of the issues I had with it. It might work for you, especially with a small cat, but it didn't work for me at all. The small circular area that the big cat has to "walk in" makes it almost impossible for her to avoid getting her sides wet. This causes the filler to stick together and stick to the surface since there is little to no filler there. Again, this might work for a small cat. I was asked to give them a 5 star rating after they compensated me. I felt like they were trying to bribe me by making me feel guilty if I didn't. I wonder how many other reviews have been done the same way. It has too many flaws to get that many 5 star reviews (unless you got it for free, like many of course). Again, I increased my rating because of the support, not because the product was better or problems were fixed.
