Colors are bright and saturated and reflectivity is even better. I bought two sets, a purple set for a golden retriever and a pink set for a beagle mix. Both dogs seem comfortable in it, they haven't said anything about it that they didn't like. The leash feels quite thick compared to most dog leashes, but feels comfortable in the hand. Even if a Golden Retriever decides to sniff out "everything"! the round line means the edges won't dig into your palms. I think the dogs both love their fun trendy colors, neither of them have asked me why I didn't get them something less girly. The buckle on the collar feels solid and the metal loop and leash clip are heavy duty so I expect some durability from them.
