These are great knives! They are so cool, my ex kept them after we broke up. Well, she also kept most of my other stuff, and while some of those things were pretty useless, those are the only things I want to return. The rubber grips are much better for gripping when slicing and cutting stuff wet and wet as she cut me deep without losing cutting speed but they lose their sheen over time as well as she allowed herself to move. The blades themselves are sharp and hold their edge well, unlike her who cannot hold a job without irritating people and moving on to another job. After all, I bought them a lot cheaper than now so some of the value proposition is lost. But as overpriced as she is right now, I would still let her threaten and torment me with one of those high quality cooking tools any day of the week - twice on Sunday.
