This is my second packaging. Recieved today. The first one was too big and I forgot to send it in time. I have found the buckle to bind slightly unless inserted very slowly. It's very difficult to detach when it's stuck... So in short I ordered a second one and these photos show the flaws of the second one. Those are pretty deep holes. Unfortunately they can be seen on the side, they are not hidden behind the fur. Also, the gilding across the collar is very uneven. Very disappointed with the quality for the price. This shows that the quality control is zero and you can easily end up with a Cuban chain with ugly blemishes. EDIT The seller quickly contacted me and sent me another one which is perfect. They care about customer satisfaction. holds up very well although he is a very rough dog in sandy/bushy terrain.
