Weller Soldering Accessory Set 6 Double Ended Tools (WLACCSAK-02) I've been a hobbyist and craftsman for as long as I can remember. I like to take things apart and sometimes put them back together. Lately I've been playing around with RC cars and building my own battery packs and controllers for them. One of the things I've come across, particularly with larger connections like high amperage battery connections, is that the solder doesn't always go where you want it to. These tools are great for manually feeding solder to where it's needed. I've used an old screwdriver or a violin in the past but it never seems to work properly. The plastic handle in the center is large enough in diameter to allow you to maneuver the tool to where you need it. I've found them particularly useful for desoldering and stripping circuit boards. I've used them a few times and they seem to work well for what they are made for, moving solder.
