These fans feel solid right out of the box and are simple screw-on plug-n-play fans. First I bought one, but decided that the price, I can also add more. The fans are 3-pin with a slider that easily connects to the Tomahawk B450 motherboard. While I haven't seen any software to specifically control the fans, they are adjustable based on your BIOS or overclocking settings. The addition of a second fan didn't seem to increase the noise level in any way, and the only thing I'd honestly like to comment on is the included screws. The included screws appear to be a bit large and/or a little flimsy metal. They also screw *quite* tight, which requires a lot of force. Be sure to screw in a bit of each, if you screw in just one all the way and then move on you'll have a little more trouble. While I probably won't need to remove or rearrange the fans, the screws aren't stripped, but they're definitely close, just from initial setup. But it's solid, doesn't rattle, and the screws fit the PC case and plastic fan *perfectly*. It doesn't have screw threads, they're just holes that become threaded when you screw them into place. However, there is no need to give this device less than 5 stars unless something outrageous happens in the next 6 months, I hope they last for years.
