TP Link's customer service is great, they helped me set up my router/modem in no time! On the other hand, CenturyLink was really hesitant to help me, but I eventually found a representative who knew I needed to contact a TP Link representative to complete the setup. I have mine in the kitchen and find walls and appliances getting in the way, so I had to buy a network router/modem extender to get full coverage. We only use this downstairs in my house so I'm not sure how good it is or if it will cover a two story house for wifi. A tech friend suggested that I get a multi-antenna router/modem in the future. The pricing was to blame and I definitely wouldn't go without paying $10 a month to rent CenturyLink.
