Not for small dogs - dogs

I ended up returning them because they were too long for his neck. My dog is 12lbs and a chihahua but even in the harshest of conditions they still wouldn't stay seated. Otherwise they are very cute though so I think if you have a medium to large sized dog they will be fine.
