Update: I just received an email asking for a refund or a new collar. Revain had already refunded my money but it was nice that they offered it. The button is not that well made in my opinion and they escalated the issue to their design department. I just received them this week and tried to put them on my dogs after yesterday's training. When I pressed the first collar to turn it on, it kept pressing and beeping every 30-60 seconds. Channel 2 works fine in my opinion, but I bought two sets to use the same remote control for both dogs. Also, the remote got stuck on the first channel and I couldn't get it to switch to channel 2 first, but eventually managed to switch between the two channels. Due to issues with a collar I'm not sure about battery life or vibration/shock. . The vibrations seemed decent on channel 2, but the shock didn't try. Overall disappointed because it had such good reviews. I seem stupid :(
