So I sent it back. it was 1 month ago. I got it back today. No repairs were made. The brushes are still not spinning, but the robot is not reporting a main brush error. Rollibot support turned out to be USELESS in this matter. The reason I sent it back instead of fixing it myself was because I didn't have TIME. That's why I have a robot vacuum cleaner! LAUGH OUT LOUD. For the money they spent on US shipping. You could at least install a new gearbox. Or at least opened it up and made it look like they did something. And the melted plastic on the case SHOULD at least be replaced as it's horribly warped and smells as bad as it looks.
