ERASE EVERYTHING! (BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE)

RATING DOWN BECAUSE OF MANUFACTURER CUSTOMER SERVICE! its best feature, by far, is its ability to display and ensure it gets EVERY seat. This bot even knows when someone has passed its way to avoid an obstacle and will come back later and retrieve it if it has been moved. Guaranteed to shock you with what you find on your floors. The battery proved dead as a doornail, and attempting to charge a hibernated battery in the bot WILL damage the bot's charging circuits. If you have a low battery, connect to an external 16.8V power adapter to charge the bot battery up to around 12V, then insert the battery into the bot and allow it to charge until the lights come on. Customize your app and schedule and say hello to a cleaner home. My mother couldn't be happier about it. Emptying is very easy. Cleaning the dust collector in the sink is easy: just remove the motor and two tiny filters. Rinse with hot water, let dry, turn the engine back on, put the box on the bot and it's ready for 3 or 4 more runs if you run daily. If you run every 3 days, clean after each use. In the three days around my house with a cat there was a lot of dust and such on the floor, enough to fill his dust bin and particle compartment. I hope this information was helpful. TL; DR; Came with a dead battery, don't charge it in the bot, charge it to 12v then put it in the bot. Cleans great, great suction, cleans my 1200m2. Feet, leaving just under two battery bars. Definitely a good running time. The motor can be removed to clean the dust container. The first few times you run the bot, CLEAN IT, especially if you've never had a robot vacuum before. You will get a lot from your bot. EDIT: NO GOD you could use a favor from Rollibot like I did. My robot encountered an annoying problem. Your gear is frozen in the main brush compartment. So I sent it back. it was 1 month ago. I got it back today. No repairs were made. The brushes are still not spinning, but the robot is not reporting a main brush error. Rollibot support turned out to be USELESS in this matter. The reason I sent it back instead of fixing it myself was because I didn't have TIME. That's why I have a robot vacuum cleaner! LAUGH OUT LOUD. That's how I got a few extra minutes today. i opened it and i found the reason why it stopped working within 5 minutes after opening it. 1 of 4 gears that translate the movement of the motor into the rotation of the brushes. was damaged. picture attached. Because he blocked the engine. The engine overheated and melted the chassis. The picture is also attached. Before I posted it. smelled like electric fire. Received it and opened the box. it STILL smelled like hot grease (mechanics will know what I'm talking about) and electric fire. When I hacked the bot's brush knot. The smell has ALREADY become. I'm pretty sure they didn't even open the bot. You just gave it back to me. A month wasted of my time and hers. and they wasted money paying for shipping BOTH ways. I hope they realize how useless their customer service was and how much money they wasted on shipping. These robot vacuums weigh around 15 pounds when assembled. it can't be cheap! For the money they spent on US shipping. You could at least install a new gearbox. Or at least opened it up and made it look like they did something. And the melted plastic on the case SHOULD at least be replaced as it's horribly warped and smells as bad as it looks.
