This is a window cleaning robot. It measures approximately 11 inches long, 5 inches wide and 5 inches high. There are 2 vacuum cleaners below. It comes with a 9 foot cable that connects to the power adapter. The adapter is a large transformer box with a power cord that terminates in a standard North American three-prong plug. The washing machine has a safety cable at one end. The washing machine has an on/off switch. The navigation controls are on the supplied remote control. The remote control is powered by 2 AA batteries (not included). In the box you will also find 4 extra mop heads and an empty plastic spray bottle, along with paper instructions. I love the concept of a robot cleaning my windows. My robot vacuum cleaner does a great job cleaning floors, so I was wondering if this robot window cleaner would do a similar job on my windows. The washing machine works but not quite what I expected. First, it's pretty noisy. This should be the case to get the necessary suction power to stay on the window. And it's not self-directed. Instead, you should be with him all the time, watching him and herding him around your windows. Although the description says the washing machine is self-navigating, I couldn't figure it out from the instruction manual and the washing machine didn't seem to move anywhere unless I used the remote control. And then there is the question of cleaning. The instructions recommend 3 passes to clean the window, first a dry pass for dust, then a wet pass (but not too wet or the cleaner will lose suction) and then another dry pass to wipe away any stains from the wet pass . And you drive that washing machine by hand all the time, listening to its suction motor. Hmmm... maybe hand wiping with paper towels would be quicker and more efficient after all. On the other hand, this washing machine is really suitable for people who live in apartments where windows are difficult to clean. On the other hand, the washing machine has a built-in emergency battery, which should be enough for a safe descent. in case of power failure. But on the other hand, the instruction manual is extremely difficult to decipher. I stumbled across a guide like "6. Connect the robot with a safety rope. 7. Fasten the safety buckle with the latch. After looking at the photos with a magnifying glass, I think you need to attach the safety rope to the edge. Or maybe hang it on your belt if you don't have a curtain rod. In any case, the instructions leave a lot of room for interpretation and guesswork, especially if you've never seen one of these robots in action. All in all, this device does a pretty good job of dusting your windows, which may be safer than doing it yourself if you live in a multi-story building, but make sure the windows don't get too wet or the vacuum might fall over.
