They replaced the wheel nuts on a 2009 Camry with alloy wheels. The original nuts have a thin metal shell that has been pounded in over the years by my tire mechanic who used an impact wrench to remove the tires for rotation. I removed the wheels to change the brake pads and couldn't loosen a nut because the metal coating was spinning on the rounded corners of the steel nut underneath. I had to hollow out this cap and used a 19mm wrench to unscrew the normally 21mm nut! These new nuts are absolutely powerful! In addition, the finish is quite pleasant. . . better than in the photos; there is no rough texture at all. SIZE: Overall Height = 1.48" (38mm), Washer Diameter = 1.14" (29mm), Washer Thickness = 0.11" (2.8mm), Bottom Connector Length (excluding washer thickness) = 0.44". . (11.2 mm), [with washer = 0.55 inch (14 mm)] bottom width = 0.72 inch (18.2 mm) internal thread (drill diameter) = 0.42 inch (10.7 mm) ... And as a bonus, all my twenty had threads in them!
