Surprisingly simple training aid with a long-lasting effect

Surprisingly simple training aid. Average single digit HC with a decent start move. After a few hits of 2-3 minutes with LS I started to feel something. The first hit was pathetic and I was shocked at how short the hit was and the nasty feedback. I found out on the 5th roll. Then hitting with a normal ball is a completely different feeling. My speed control is usually good but has improved with BOS. Working with this product will make your shot more compact and decisive. This has been repeated in several reviews, but the ball actually rolls more purposefully. I don't feel any pop or impact when hit. The drill I came up with for BOS is to punch with my eyes closed, so I can't predict the punch either. I would recommend this product to any golfer regardless of skill level. I work with a metronome set to 78 beats per minute with BOS. It helps to work at a steady pace while taking advantage of BOS. As previously mentioned, short kicks of 2-4 feet is really all it takes. Dump 3 times in a row from 3 feet and come back with a real golf ball from about 15 feet. The solid feel is really incredible. Subconsciously you know that you have to keep up and go to the end without breaking. Classes with them indoors are wonderful too. A 4 foot inside shot (depending on speed on the green) is about 20 feet with a real ball on the green. The 5:1 ratio seems to work pretty well. I'm playing with a heavy stick, so that will have some effect. I do not understand the negative reviews and assume that the product is not used as intended in these cases. If you try to make a 20-foot BOS putt, you're not going to like it. The price is the price. If it helps me average 1 hit per turn, it's more than worth the investment.
