It's great! These are very durable kitchen scissors. I use them to cut almost anything I would normally cut with a knife, including all types of meat and lots of vegetables. They are easy to use and in many cases faster than loops. If I can cut something with scissors instead of a knife, I will. The only time I don't use them is when I'm chopping tomatoes for sandwiches, for example, or slicing something like a whole onion. I chop chicken, pork, beef including ground beef etc plus green peppers, mushrooms, scallions and other veggies for stir fries, chili, sauces etc two baskets and they clean great. I like to have several pairs so I never run out and the price of them allows me to. I love having them in my kitchen and strive to replace them when needed. Excellent purchase!
