scissors are fine. Mine had a small scratch on the blade but I was still able to use it. It has a more rounded tip and I expected it to be sharper. The price is decent and he cuts his hair to get the job done. UPDATE: Support contacted me after seeing my review and sincerely apologized for the thorn in my side. Not only did they contact me immediately after my review to apologize and make amends, they also gave me options to a.) refund my full cost or b.) send a new pair of scissors. They also asked me to keep the sheets I originally sent. I was very impressed with their customer service and commitment to making sure I was a happy customer. I decided to buy new scissors and received them within a few days. New scissors were in perfect condition.
