I don't think this will work again but it could definitely save your life or the life of anyone you might meet. As a first responder, I know how important it is to have these tools close at hand. Personally, I have much better tools most of the time, but I'm glad I took them with me for emergencies when I'm not in the car. I know this will work one day and most people don't have access to real windows hits. That's as close as possible to legal possession, and I'm not sure even that is legal in all states. However, I believe that everyone should always have these or similar things with them. You just never know when you'll need it. I believe the seat belt cutter works more than once. I'm just not sure how it will hold up. I would have preferred a stronger build, but that would probably make them difficult to carry for most civilians. I was going to give 3 stars but instead I think 4 would be fine, especially if it means more civilians will be carrying such tools!
