Nice but not efficient.
I sweat A LOT in the gym no matter what the temperature outside. While this band stayed in place and didn't get in the way of my thick, curly hair, it got wet too quickly before I even got to the conditioning portion of my workout. I won't buy another one, but it will probably work very well for most people.
