Too hard and stuck. I do not recommend.
Definitely not worth the money. The cuticle trimmer is incredibly sharp and gets stuck, which is a disastrous combination to cut yourself. I got a pretty bad cut from using it carefully because it kept getting stuck in the middle of the cut and you had to move it around. I will not buy it again nor will I recommend it to anyone.
