Beautiful duvet. Most people cover them with a duvet cover but I like them just not white so I bought a gray one. This is a beautiful shade and can be combined with any colored sheet or pillowcase. I'm a king size and it's perfect and the feathers don't protrude through the material. I don't use these things until I wash them first. All I have in the apartment is a standard top loading washer and dryer so I wanted to take it to the laundry and super loader but I didn't have time so I jumped at the chance. Place it in the washing machine in a coil around the stirrer and wash on the warm/delicate or light cycle. I know it says the line is dry, but I live in a small apartment in Seattle and there's no sun, no drought, no heat, let alone a place to hang this huge thing. So I dried it. It took a while and I did it over medium heat. I had to take it out and rearrange it a few times to get wet spots, but after about 2 hours it was completely dry. It came out perfect, and I suspected it would be, since I'd washed and dried my old comforter many times. Warm, but not too hot, soft material. Very nice for a great price.
