Review on πŸ”’ Erickson 09160 Wheel Chock Kit with Tie-Downs by Shane Hartford

These things saved my 4 wheels!

***UPDATE**** I've been using them for 2 years now and they work just as well as the first day. I keep the cranks lubed because they can get stuck in the dirt on the go with dirty ATVs at home. As long as they are lubricated, they work perfectly. These bindings proved themselves on their first ride! I bought these to transport my 4 wheels. Regular seat belts will work, but these seem like an easier and quicker solution. I bolted it to my trailer, loaded two Polaris 1000s and another 1000 into the back of a pickup truck, and headed to the ATV park. We were in lane 4 and going at 60 mph when a dog ran in front of me. I slammed on the brakes and had to pull the truck to the right, just missing the dog. The trailer started to lurch and I went with it, pulling off the road to avoid tipping over. I pulled away and managed to get back on the freeway without hitting anything or damaging the truck or trailer. I stopped to check on the quadricycles. They didn't move at all! I should add that I used an extra zip tie on each to make them "three pronged". I can't comment on their endurance yet, but straight out of the box they are amazing. Easy to install and easy to use.
