UPDATE 5/9/2017. Support contacted me after reading my review. They were very helpful and immediately replaced the keyboard for free even after I explained I could fix the original one. Sometimes good customer service is everything - and of course they delivered it this time. Added 1 star for customer service. Thanks very much! So far so good in terms of battery life. I'll update again after writing a few thousand more words on it. -------- Ordered as a travel keyboard for my trusted Surface2. Most importantly, it feels a lot more comfortable than the fuzzy keyboard I've had for years. ", I'm disappointed with the durability. On my first ride, when the keyboard was pressed gently against my Surface in a padded backpack, two keys fell off. (see photo). Disappointing because I was a lot on my first ride smoother than usual, closing time, etc. After a few minutes of fiddling, I was able to snap the keys back into place and am typing this review on the keyboard right now, but if it doesn't make it through the first drive unscathed, it won't last long.= (The backlit colors are a great feature. I hope the battery life is long.
