My heart sank the first day I wore it

I screwed the heart on as tight as I could with a needle to tighten the lids. But the very first day I put it on my heart dropped out somewhere in public. Not for small arms or hands and will not fit. So expect it to be very loose unless you have very large bones. I'm 6ft 300lbs and that's tall for me. It is as they say beautiful and just what I was looking for. just not that big.
