Review on 🔧 Essential Park Tool BBT-10.2 Adjusting Cap Tool for Precision Bike Maintenance by Mark Erandio

I ordered this to complete my collection of quality bike maintenance tools. When it arrived, I immediately noticed that this thing is small - about the size of my pinky from end to end. However, it is made of thick metal and all edges are well finished and brushed. I think it's very well built and nicely finished, which is what I've come to expect from Park Tool products in general. So there are no complaints. The only thing that bothers me is that it is made in Taiwan as it says on the box. Many of Park Tool's other products are made in the USA, but they chose to make this tool where other cheaper bike tool manufacturers make their tools. Nothing against Taiwan, of course, but I think it would be nice to be able to buy products from all over the world, including the US. I know Wheels Manufacturing of Colorado and Abbey Bike Tools of Oregon have similar Shimano crank preload tools. - made in the USA - it's only a few dollars more than this one from Park Tool and I would get one of these to support these tool makers if I knew where that particular tool came from. However, I have several other Park Tools that are made in the USA (PT is headquartered in Minnesota).
