I really wanted to love this product but hair pulling is a head turner. I've tried using it in different directions against my hairstyling and moving it more slowly, but I still had the same hair pulling experience. I've used two other Wahl products (one plugged in, one battery) and I've never had this problem before. That's very bad because almost everything else was great. The interchangeability of different heads was a favorite. Simply remove the trimmer you are using and attach another. The battery life is excellent. I've used it several times since the first charge and still haven't charged it again. The ear and nose hair trimmer came in very handy. The only other thing that wasn't great was the maneuverability which I rated a 3 because the main trimmer is very wide and I found it a little uncomfortable trimming my beard around the ears, nose and mouth. And the detail trimmer seemed too small to me. Finally, hair pulling means I can't leave this product.
