I'm a size 8.5-9 male and bought a size 7 which stretches and fits perfectly. Not loose enough to fall off easily and not tight enough to pinch. Also bought a size 4 for my wife who is a size 5.5 and it fits well too. down still fits) is correct and accurate, if your feet are no wider than standard then you might want to consider downsizing by just 1 size. It is a neoprene material that stretches very well. I expect they will loosen up a bit after a few wears, so going one size down is best. I would also recommend wearing them as socks and pairing them with wet shoes, waders/boots or hiking sandals. as they are too flimsy to just walk around without tearing or damaging them.
