Review on All-Clad HA1 Hard Anodized Nonstick Frying Pan with Lid, 12 Inch - Superior Cooking Experience in Medium Grey by Jim Worthington

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I love these cookware pans

I bought the 12" version after using my friend's 10" pan while I was at home. These anodized pans are the best nonstick option in my opinion and I've tried many options. I've read some reviews where the reviewer seems to have issues with the pen. There are no problems here. It's a familiar grip style and stays remarkably cool. But. I think some people hold pots differently. I've seen people use the overhand grip and I understand that when using this grip, that grip can be ridiculously uncomfortable. I don't really understand the overhand grip, it looks very clumsy and flimsy, especially on a heavy pan, but obviously some people manage to make it work. So if you are familiar with all-clad and have no problems with the pen, you can safely ignore these reviews. If you are unfamiliar but using underhand grip, you can probably ignore these reviews. But if you're unfamiliar and/or like using a top handle, then this pan may not be to your liking.
