The filter came out fine and looks the same as the one that came out.
Bought a used 2000 Porsche Boxster 2.7. That was my first oil change. The filter fits well and looks the same as the one that was removed from the engine. My only issue is that the drain plug washer that came with it didn't fit the drain plug. It's much smaller than the previous one. required for Boxster. I ended up reusing the old drain plug gasket.
