The hat is dented due to the wrong size of the box.

The hat was crushed because the hat was put in a box that was too small. The packer then crushed the top of the hat to fit in the box along with three other products. Judging by the photo, the hat was crushed. In terms of quality, it just seemed like a very cheap design. It stretched when I tried it on which helped with the fit. Will return for a refund and buy locally.
