I had a problem charging this product before. I bought another one which made three and waited with some trepidation to open the package. I read the instructions and connected the Turbo Scrub for the first time. Nothing after two hours. No response to on/off. I left the Turbo Scrub charged overnight. Nothing. It's a shame because the ones I had before seemed to do the job well while they worked. It's something with batteries. If you order one, be prepared to return it. I think some of them work fine. I liked the idea so much that I bought another one. I plugged it in to charge around 2:30pm this afternoon and at 4:30pm when I tried it it wasn't working. There was no response to power cycling. I was and am discouraged. I'm considering trying another brand. The idea is so good, too bad they don't work.
