Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this dress! Bought as a guest at a wedding. The material is heavy but not too heavy to get hot. The stitching is nice and the shirred fit is very flattering (how really flattering, hides any imperfections and makes my waist look amazing!) I bought a medium size after reading the reviews and it fits, but is a bit loose at the top and sits comfortably from the waist down. But not too loose that it looks like it won't fit. I decided to order a small one to compare which one fits better, it fits well too. After trying them on for two days, I decided on the medium one because I want to be comfortable to dance, sit and not realize how tight it is. But like I said, a size small would work too, and if I want a fitted, overly sexy look, I'd keep the size small. Reviews that it is too tight are wrong in my case. For reference, I'm 5'2", hourglass shape and 138 lbs. Waist is great for M/S, my top is best for S and bottom is best for M. For the price, this dress is by great quality and can't wait to wear it to my boyfriend's winter wedding!
