Great board, not so good cook time.
BOARD is good and useful BUT the cook time is something you really need to work with and adjust the time based on your first bad experiences we had. The time listed for my roast was about 45 minutes short, so the meat was very tough; It's definitely a learning curve on how to use the Instant Pot - not at all what I expected in terms of cooking,,,
