I ordered 2 of these on the 24th of January and they should arrive on the 4th of February. When they didn't come, I contacted the seller and informed him. They in turn contacted the postmaster as the tracking information was never updated except to say they had left the shipper. When the hats never arrived I contacted the seller again who in turn sent 2 more hats. I have to admit that I was quite blunt and aggressive about getting these hats, which was probably unnecessary. The carrier kept in touch with me and was very polite despite my anger that I did not receive these hats. These hats finally arrived today! I ordered them for my branch of the Red Hat Society, one for me and one for the future Red Hatter. In any case, the hats are well structured, well made and I love them. Although they are a little big, after mine was adorned with a red fashion hat it fit great and looked great. I made myself a Victorian riding hat with ostrich feathers and a large rhinestone brooch. I really like my hat and it became the ninth in my red hat collection. Sometime in the near future I will be ordering a purple hat for my birthday. I ordered these hats through the webhobbyshop and I have to admit they have been great in all the emails I have sent and not once have I had a nasty reply to my emails to them. through. If two other hats come up, I'll send them back immediately.
