Gooseneck is pretty weak. It has no power to be placed in any direction. And that was before the lightbulb was installed. And the switch works half the time. Turned it on the first time and it worked. I tried turning it on a second time, nothing. I had to turn the knob multiple times to turn it on a second time. Also, you only get instructions on how to connect. I quickly figured out how to assemble it and just plug it in, but I know not everyone can understand that. I have never hesitated to return a product as quickly as this one. Don't wait for this product.
