In my case it didn't work on Ford Fiesta 2014 SE 1.6l without turbo. The bolt and metal lever didn't protrude far enough to hold the belt to the bottom of the rubber pulley (the pulley rides over the top of the belt. Rubber pulley"), causing it to slip into the pulley. I was able to install the belt with it a vise. I wrapped the belt around the top pulleys and the vise clamped it onto the crank pulley (the ribs line up on the pulley). Rubber Pulley I was able to do this in about 3 metal tools included in the set, bent and after a second try with a metal arm that failed to properly align the band.
