Last update 7/6/20: Yes, it is now defective and should be replaced. A star. Update 5/9/20: downgraded to 2 as there is now moisture behind the non-removable bezel as some other reviewers have pointed out. It's not bad yet, but it looks like it will be soon. Next time I will probably choose a more expensive OEM. Original Review: Used to replace an old yellowed Hayward gauge that was very difficult to read. It was easy to install with just a bit of teflon tape and I removed the old and new by hand. I got the reading from the old gauge and it matched the reading from the new gauge after installation. It's also very easy to read. highlighted.
