I originally gave this camera one star and while I'm still not happy with it, sometimes it works now and when it does it takes good photos and videos. For this reason I award three stars. However, when I put this camera up in a tree, it mostly takes a picture - usually of me walking away - and that's it. I can leave it there for a week alongside other cameras that take pictures of cats, dogs, foxes, skunks, raccoons and me walking almost every day, but this camera only takes a picture of me when I walk. I hang it up in the garden regularly, and I estimate that 8 times out of 10 I only get a really good shot of my butt when I'm away from the camera. Twice he didn't even take a single picture and on one of those occasions I was told the SD card was full but there was nothing on the SD card. However, sometimes it works like a regular gaming camera, takes photos with the best and the photos look good, as does the videos when I set up video recording. I can't count on it though and wouldn't waste time carrying it into the woods only to later find only a photo of my bum walking off it when I brought it. Another complaint I have concerns the format function. Even though I deleted the files through my computer, for some reason I still get SD card full message. Even though I put the same SD card back into the camera, I have to format it every time. This is where it gets bad. Having at least ten different types of cameras in search of the one perfect camera, I can never remember how to format SD card in WingHome camera because this function is not in the usual menu where almost everyone else is . The camera I have sets it up. So every time I have to spend a few minutes reading a book and figuring out how to format an SD card, which shouldn't be done. still have to format every time. About a week after I last edited my review, he took quite a few photos each time, although I don't do anything differently.
