So I bought a pair for our van they work great - 5 stars. They work great, installation was easy, big bays. So I buy another set for the truck, I go to install them and the bottom strap comes off the block right in my hand. I didn't even try to install. I hope that was just an ups from the manufacturer and not an indicator of quality going forward. I will roll the dice and order another pair to replace and see. Based on how they determine if I add or remove a star. If you are wondering why the first pair of 3 stars was the 5th second pair, 1 averages three. Update: So I ordered another pair and they installed the same as the first ones, ok looks good no problem so I'm adding another star. Also, Oasser contacted me about my review and will fix the issue. At first they offered a replacement but when I told them I had already ordered another set they wanted to send me a refund for my issues instead. So I'm satisfied with the customer service and I like the organizers. Customer service also said they would contact the manufacturer about the tape incident. As I always say accidents happen in life it's how you deal with them that makes you who you are and I would say Oasser is a reputable company to do business with so I would recommend this product.
