I love this product! Now that I know how to use it I can 100% recommend it. However, I have problems with the mechanics. Even with the instructions that came with it, I couldn't figure out how to use it. I emailed support to ask if there was a video I could watch. They sent a letter which I must have missed. They then asked if the video had helped. I said I didn't see it so they sent it back. Then followed again! After watching the video it became pretty obvious how to use it. If all companies could be this responsive, that would be great! ***UPDATE*** Sorry to change my glowing review. This worked very well for several months. The last three bottles that I opened with his help, the cork went into the bottle. Caused many casualties trying to pour wine with a cork in the way. I saw it's on sale now. Maybe other users have similar problems?
