Update 2: I contacted the company and they sent a new unit to replace the failed unit. I give them 5 stars for communication and service. Update: After 8 months of light use it has stopped working. First the lock button stopped working in the "ON" position and now it won't turn on at all. This device failed long before I got my money's worth. First Review: Seems to be a good belt sander and good value for the money. It's a strong and aggressive grinder with high speed. It is more manageable at lower speeds. It's very noisy at top speed but less so at lower speeds. But all belt sanders are loud. I use them upside down, attached to a workbench, at a slower speed for sanding small items. This makes it a good alternative to the table disc/belt sander. (I didn't intend to use the floppy anyway.)
