I am 5ft 7in, 138#. I bought both regular and regular watches and opted for the small ones. You are tall! with long underwear underneath. If you want to wear them over another pair of pants for extra warmth - then I would go up one size - otherwise I would go down a size. The length is the same. I would give the item 5 stars if the material wasn't weathered. While this makes the item more comfortable, if the material was unworn you would get an extra 4-5 years from it. You just need to go through the "Payout". they are inside." The product is very well made and warm. I have purchased other Carhartt items, they are all great!
